It includes thirty prompts—one for each day of the month—to help us pray for our leaders, ministries, and Global Partners with intentionality, focus, and faith. Click the link below to view the guide or pick up a printed copy at the Welcome Desk.

🍷 Communion
We celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of each month. Together with baptism, communion (also known as the Lord’s Supper or the Lord’s Table) is one of the two special ceremonies Jesus gave his church to remember him and his finished work on the cross.
It commemorates Jesus’ final meal with his disciples, when he filled ancient Israel’s Passover meal with a new significance, revealing himself to be the fulfillment of God’s plan of salvation, with the bread now serving as a sign pointing to his body, and the cup as a sign pointing to his blood.
Though it is not the means of salvation, when celebrated by the church in genuine faith, communion confirms and nourishes the believer. For this reason, we ask that only those who have placed their faith in Christ participate.
We also keep children (kindergarten and up) in the service with us on Communion Sundays, so that they can see and ask questions about what it means (cf. Exod. 12:26-27). We encourage parents to have a quiet conversation with their children to explain the meaning, and if the child has placed their faith in Christ, to help them participate.
