The Stonebridge Care Ministry Team provides support to the Stonebridge family by coming alongside those in need showing the love of Christ as they take their next steps with Jesus

It is our desire to serve and support our Stonebridge family who are going through difficult times. We want to be the hands and feet of Jesus as He provides for their needs.

Scripture calls us to care for one another...

"Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each as received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace" 1 Peter 4:8-10
