God’s heart for the nations is an important part of our mission to come alongside each person we meet as they take their next step with Jesus. Not only do we seek to carry out that mission as a local church, but we also partner with missionaries and organizations who are giving themselves to the same calling both locally and globally. 

In 2024 we’re excited to launch our Outreach Partners Weekend in February. Our goal is to encourage our Outreach Partners and to help our Stonebridge family build relationships with and strengthen our awareness of the important work our partners are doing. To that end, there will be several opportunities to connect with partners and learn more about God’s vision for the nations.  
OUTREACH PARTNERS POTLUCK (Friday, Feb. 23, 6:00-8:00 pm)
  • Come share a potluck meal with our Outreach Partners. After the meal, we’ll enjoy a time of getting to know some of our partners better. 
OUTREACH PARTNERS SUNDAY (Sunday, Feb. 25)
  • Worship Services: Guest speaker, Brian Wachter, will be preaching on God’s vision for the nations during our 8:30 and 11:00 services. 
    Brian has served with the Navigators for 23 years. For the past 11 years, he has served in New Zealand holding various roles. He has served with his wife, Amy, on the National Leadership Team, leading the National Leadership Development Team, guiding the National 20s initiative, Cross-Cultural Missions, and as Point Person for country leaders in The Navigators Asia Pacific region.

  • Outreach Partners Open House: During the 10:00 hour, join us in the Bridge for an open house. During this informal time, each of the missionaries and organizations participating in our Outreach Partners Weekend will host a table where you can meet them and learn more about their work or ways to stay connected. There will be no classes for adults and students (middle & high school) at 10:00 AM as we gather in the Bridge for the open house.

  • We encourage your group or ministry to consider hosting one of our Outreach Partners during your regularly scheduled activity in the week leading up to or following our Outreach Partners Weekend. This might include relational time of getting to know one another, or a chance for them to share a report on their work. To learn more, or to invite a partner to join you, contact outreach@stonebridge.church.

Our calling to walk alongside each person we meet as they take their next step with Jesus doesn't stop here in our own community. Jesus told us to be witnesses and make disciples of all people groups -- whether in our own city or around the world (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8).
Everyone at Stonebridge has a role to play in completing the commission that Jesus gave so that there will be people of every tongue, tribe, and nation worshipping God throughout eternity! (Revelation 5:9-10; 7:9-10)
