Since 1983, Bridgehaven Pregnancy Support Center has offered compassion, hope, and help in the circumstances before, during, and after pregnancy in the Cedar Rapids area. We serve both women and men and our services are always free and confidential.
His Hands Free Clinic
Since 1992, His Hands Free Clinic has been seeking to honor God by helping the uninsured and underinsured in our community. The clinic is a 501(c)3 nonprofit ministry providing free healthcare to Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities.
We are members of the Linn County State Innovation Model, Linn County Housing Continuum of Care, Free Clinics of Iowa, Christian Community Health Fellowship, and the National Association of Free Clinics.

CareNetworkCR
At CareNetworkCR, we honor Christ by helping callers identify needs and foundational roadblocks, connect them with community and unique church resources, and implement verified, manageable, and unduplicated care plans. We are the only organization in our area that review caller's needs ensuring that the needs are verified. We work with Linn County and Cedar Rapids area churches and non-profits to make sure efforts are unduplicated. Our Connection Center Volunteers compassionately engage with callers and our network of like-minded organizations to create care plans that are manageable.
Caring for Congo Work Group
This group works to prepare various supplies for Tandala Missionary Hospital, and other EFCA ministries, in the African DR Congo.
Chemnitz Partnership
The FeG Church in Chemnitz, Germany and Stonebridge Church have a partnership that is the result of Pastors Randy Scheil and Bernard Millard meeting in Eastern Germany in 2006.
The goal of the partnership is to support each other as we all take our next steps with Jesus. We endeavor to learn from each other and to support each other in the work that God has planned for us.
The biblical basis for this partnership is to seek God's direction to learn how we, as a church body, as well as individual Stonebridge members, can participate in expanding the kingdom of God and being faithful to “make disciples of all nations” as our Savior instructed us in Matthew 28:18-20.
The goal of the partnership is to support each other as we all take our next steps with Jesus. We endeavor to learn from each other and to support each other in the work that God has planned for us.
